Limited warranty
Every wearable accessory or element has a 3-month warranty. The elements that classify in this category are: bearings, brushes, switches,
retainers, gaskets, O-rings, batteries, remote controls, etc. These elements Will not be covered by the warranty after 3 months of opera-
tion. They are considered as normal wear and tear.
In order to comply with the 3-year warranty, preventive maintenance is required every year during this period. Not having the preventive
maintenance Will be understood as a non-compliance with the warranty. Thus, ending the warranty extension.
Warranty requirements

The product must have been obtained through one of our authorized stores or distributors.
In order to start process any warranty claim, it will be necessary for the end user, vendor or distributor to present the product with the

defect and an original copy of the invoice to the Corporate Service Center (CSC) and/or Authorized Service Center (CSA). These docu-
ments will be necessary for the Service Center to initiate the warranty claim process.

The product cannot have evidence of having been uncovered, intervened or manipulated by unauthorized personnel.

The product must have been installed by authorized personnel. In case of damage due to poor installation, the warranty will not apply.
The end user must request their respective preventive maintenance which will be provided exclusively by authorized personnel. If the

equipment su ers damage due to lack of maintenance, the warranty will not be granted and the customer must pay the value of the
repair or spare part(s) required.
The equipment requires preventive maintenance once a year to extend the warranty to the following year.
