3. INSTALLATION
3.1 INSTALLATION REGULATIONS
Hook ups, regulation for different voltage, commissioning and servicing should only be done by service
technicians trained by us or by other fully qualified personnel.
CAUTION: the electric mains, as well as the general Kitchen environment, must strictly comply with
Standards and Safety Regulation in force.
The manufacturer does not accept any responsibility for any damage caused either directly or
indirectly as result of failing to comply with above regulmations.
3.2 SETTING UP THE APPLIANCE
At the delivery inspect that the packing is
not injured and that it has not been
damaged during the transport. Remove
the appliance from its packing and move it
to position. Remove the packing box with
care so as not to dent the equipment
surface. Remove the protective plastic film
and all the rubberized paper labels. Use
the adjustable feet to level.
