9.3 Cleaning the operating elements
WARNING - Danger of electric shock!
Ingress of moisture may cause electric shock.
Do not use wet sponges.
1. Follow the information on cleaning products.
2. Clean with a damp sponge and a hot detergent solution.
3. Wipe afterwards with a soft cloth.
9.4 Manual cleaning of the grease filter
Grease filters retain grease particles from kitchen steam. By regularly cleaning the grease
filters, a high grease filtering capacity is ensured.
WARNING - Fire hazard!
Grease deposits in the grease filters can ignite.

Observe the information on cleaning products.
2.
Soak the grease filters in a hot detergent solution.
In the case of persistent deposits, you can use a special fat dissolving product.
3. Thoroughly rinse the grease filters.
4. Allow the grease filters to dry.
9.5 Cleaning the grease filters in the dishwasher
Grease filters retain grease particles from kitchen steam. By regularly cleaning the grease
filters, a high grease filtering capacity is ensured.

Grease deposits in the grease filters can ignite.
ATTENTION!
Grease filters can be damaged if crushed.
Do not crush the grease filters.
Note: Washing the grease filters in the dishwasher may result in slight discolouration.
Discolorations have no influence on the operation of the grease filters.
1. Observe the information on cleaning products.
2. Loosely position the grease filters inside the dishwasher. Grease filters with persistent
deposits should not be cleaned in the dishwasher.
In the case of persistent deposits, you can use a special fat dissolving product.
3. Turn on the dishwasher. When adjusting the temperature, select the maximum value 70 °C.
4. Allow the grease filters to dry.
