WARNING! The solar modules operate at high voltage. Before performing any
work on the Fronius String Control 125/25, de-energise the solar module
NOTE! DC plugs not in use must be covered with the enclosed protective caps.
NOTE! Never connect more than 25 A DC in total to each measuring channel.
Never connect more than 20 A DC to each string.
NOTE! When connecting the solar modules and when making the DC connec-
tions, ensure that the polarity of the solar modules matches the „+" and „-"
symbols.
Connect DC plugs to the positive and negative poles on the solar module strings
Plug the solar module strings into the Fronius String Control 125/25
NOTE! Never remove the DC plug from the plug contacts while the Fronius IG
is charging. Before unplugging the solar module strings, always unplug the
mains supply first or switch the Fronius IG to standby mode.
The plug contacts may be damaged if this instruction is ignored.
If an arc appears while unplugging, the plug and socket must both be replaced.
Do not use DC plugs if they are damaged.
The number of DC plug connections depends on the number ordered. If the
Fronius String Control 125/25 has fewer than 25 strings, the remaining ope-
nings are sealed with water-tight blanking covers.
