Assembly
IMPORTANT: Due to the weight of the cart, we recommend that you have someone assist you in lowering the cart
onto its wheels after it has been assembled. The product should be assembled by one or two people.
DO NOT LEAVE THE CART UNATTENDED IN UPRIGHT POSITION DURING ASSEMBLY. A
FALLING CART CAN CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE STABILITY OF THE
CART WHILE IT REMAINS IN AN UPRIGHT POSITION. FOR BEST STABILITY, ASSEMBLE ON A SMOOTH,
LEVEL SURFACE.
1.
Remove the hardware pack and all loose parts from the carton. Be sure the carton is empty before discarding.
2.
Lay out all the parts and hardware as shown on pages 3 and 4.
3.
Assemble the cart bed side panel and bottom panel with Round Head Bolt M6x16 (E), Flat Washer Ø6 (T), Lock
Washer Ø6 (J) and Hex Nut M6 (G). See Figure 1.
Do not tighten at this stage.
