ATTACHING THE BACKREST
1.
Remove chair and back support from the box. Place chair on a flat surface.
2.
Lock rear casters to prevent chair from moving during assembly.
3.
Locate the channel guides (2 each) on the back side of the chair frame
near the seat. Align the backrest support tubes with the channel guides.
4.
Depress the push buttons on the back support tubing and slide the
tubing through the channel guides until the push buttons protrude fully
through the channel guide holes.
ATTACHING THE FOOTRESTS
1.
Locate the footrests (2 each).
2.
Insert 1 footrest into the chair leg extension.
3.
Ensure footplate is able to fold down to the inside.
4.
Move footrest upward or downward to desired length, ensuring
alignment holes match with holes in chair leg extension.
5.
Once the holes are aligned, insert a screw into the hole, rotating the
screw clockwise. Repeat this step for the second screw.
6.
Use a screw driver to tighten the screws.
CAUTION: Do not over tighten.
7.
Repeat these steps for the remaining footrest.
