Problem
Water temp lights
blinking
Seat is not heated
Wash or dryer works
without sitting on the
seat
Remote does not work
Possible Cause(s)
Water supply not
connected properly
1. Seat temperature set
to OFF
2. Eco Mode is ON
Seat sensor override is
turned on
1. Remote is not paired
to seat
2. Seat is not plugged in
3. The batteries are
dead
Solution(s)
Make sure that the bidet hose is
correctly connected and tight, and
that water supply shut off valve is
open
1. Make sure that the seat
temperature setting is turned on
2. Turn off Eco Mode
Turn off seat sensor override
1. Make sure the remote is paired
correctly (see pg. 16)
2. Make sure the seat has power and
is plugged into a GFCI outlet
3. Insert 3 new AAA batteries
