7. Preparation
7.1
Preparing food
• Wash and clean vegetables and fruit.
• Remove stems, hard peels and parts
which you do not wish to process (e.g.
apple seeds).
• Soft cheese (e.g. mozzarella) can also
be briefly frozen.
• Cut the food small enough to fit snugly
into the food chute 2. Food with a long
shape (such as smaller carrots, cucum-
bers and courgettes) can be processed
whole. These are placed upright into the
food chute 2. They should fill the width
of the food chute 2 as much as possible
so that they are unable to fall over.

Removing the blade
assembly from the
Monsieur Cuisine
DANGER! Risk of injury from

Please remember that the blades of the
blade assembly are very sharp. Never
touch the blades with your bare hands
in order to avoid cuts.
1. Remove the blender jug from the
Monsieur Cuisine.
2. Position the blender jug horizontally.
3. Push the unlocking lever on the
underside of the blender jug
towards the open lock symbol.
4. Pull out the blade assembly
carefully upwards.
