discussion with the customer.
Retain address, article number and LOT No.
for possible future reference. The lot and
serial number of the device can be found on
the inside of the battery cover.

12. EU declaration of confirmity

The device meets all applicable European directives, as well as their respective essential
requirements. These are detailed in the EU declaration of conformity, which can be
requested from the manufacturer. The declaration of conformity can be found at
www.nuk.de.
The thermometer meets the requirements of the standard DIN EN 12470-5 "Clinical
thermometers, Part 5: Performance of infra-red ear thermometers (with maximum device)."
