14. During the warranty period it is essential to keep all manuals together
with the equipment. If any of these are lost, their replacement cannot be
claimed.
15. Failures that have their origin or are a direct or indirect consequence of:
nuclear reaction or radiation or radioactive contamination; extraordinary or
catastrophic nature or meteorological phenomena (floods, seismic
phenomena or movements, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, storms), acts
derived from terrorism, riot, uproar or popular uproar, legal or illegal protests
and strikes; acts of actions by the Armed Forces or the State Security Corps
in times of peace; armed conflicts and acts of war (declared or not); vice or
defect of the goods; events described by the Government of the Nation as
"catastrophe or national calamity".
