1. SPECIFICATIONS
Measuring temperature range: 0-300ºC (32-572ºF)
Temperature accuracy: ±1ºC (0-100ºC), ±1.5ºC (101-300ºC)
Timer range: 23 H 59 MIN 59 SEC

2. INSTRUMENT OPERATION
1. CLOCK/TIMER
Press [CLOCK/TIMER] button to switch between clock and timer mode.
In timer mode, press [HR] and [MIN] button to set countdown time.
In clock mode, press and hold [CLOCK/TIMER] button for 3 seconds to enter time setting mode, then
press [HR] button to set hour, press [MIN] button to set minute.
2. UP
In alarm temperature setting mode, press [UP] button to raise alarm temperature.
3. DOWN
In alarm temperature setting mode, Press [DOWN] button to lower alarm temperature.
4. ºC/ºF
Press ºC/ºF button at rear of the unit to switch between Centigrade and Fahrenheit.
5. ALERT
Press [ALERT] button, the alarm icon displays in screen, it means the alarm is working.
Press [ALERT] button again, the alarm is turned off.
6. START/STOP
In timer mode, press [START/STOP] button to begin the countdown, press [START/STOP] button again
to stop countdown.
7. HR
In timer mode, press [HR] to adjust hours.
8. MIN
In timer mode, press [MIN] to adjust minutes.
9. MIN/HR
Press [MIN/HR] two buttons at the same time to clear the previously countdown time.
10. Battery replacement
Replace the battery when the display dims, using AAA 1.5V battery.
11. EMC/RFI
Instrument performance may be affected if operated within a high frequency radio field, such as near
a mobile phone, or if subjected to an electrostatic shock.
