Insert the silica gel pack into the space underneath the bottom of
the camera.

Confirm the following before closing the waterproof case.

When all is well, close the waterproof case (p.10).

Check that the camera's "POWER" button and Mode dial can be correctly
operated using the controls on the housing.
When closing the waterproof case, take care not to catch your fingers or
palm in the waterproof case.
To prevent water leaks
Any foreign particles attached to
the O-ring may cause a water leak.
Remove the foreign particles (see
p.22). If you cannot remove them,
replace the O-ring with a new one.
