SAFETY WARNINGS
Safety warnings before installation
• The manufacturer declines any responsibility for any operation carried out on the equipment that does
not follow the indications given in this manual. Remember that installation or maintenance different to
those indicated in the manual can cause damage, injury or fatal accidents.
• Interventions, tampering or modifications not expressly authorised, which do not respect what is shown
in this manual and cause damage, injury or fatal accidents and will make the warranty null and void.
• Before installing and maintaining the equipment, read this manual carefully and keep it on hand for
further consultation by the various operators.
• The installation and the extraordinary maintenance must be carried out by qualified and authorised
technical personnel with good knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems, according to the reg-
ulations in force in the country of use and respecting the norms regarding the systems and workplace
safety.
• Before connecting to the mains supply, ensure that the mains voltage and frequency match those indi-
cated on the characteristics plate.
• Before carrying out any cleaning or maintenance operations, disconnect the equipment from the mains
(turn the main switch to the OFF position and remove the plug).
• THE MACHINE IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE INSTALLED IN AN ATMOSPHERE WITH RISK OF EXPLOSION. Do
not store explosive substances, such as pressurised containers with flammable propellant, in this equip-
ment.
• Before installation, check:
- that the rooms for installation are suitable for the preparation of food;
- that the systems are compliant with the regulations in force in the country of use and with that stat-
ed on the information plate;
- that a high-sensitivity differential thermal magnetic circuit breaker (30 mA) is already provided, to
which the machine must be connected;
- that a water mains connection point (if provided) is already provided near the equipment;
- that a grounded power outlet of the type used in the country of use is provided near the equipment;
- the flatness of the machine-bearing surface, especially if it is mounted on wheels.
• During installation of the equipment:
- the transit or permanence of persons not assigned to the installation is not permitted in the work
area;
- use personal protective equipment (e.g. gloves, safety shoes, etc.);
- work in accordance with workplace safety regulations (e.g. do not approach electrical parts with wet
hands or without shoes, etc.).
• THE USE OF ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS IS RECOMMENDED. The manufacturer declines from any responsi-
bility for the use of non-original spare parts.
• As the packaging material is potentially dangerous, it must be kept out of the reach of children or ani-
mals and disposed of correctly in compliance with local regulations.
• The product is shipped after the tests have been passed: visual, electrical and functional.

• Any utilisation and cleaning performed not in compliance with that specified and foreseen in this book-
let is considered as incorrect and may cause damages, injuries or fatal incidents, will void the warranty
and exempt the manufacturer from any responsibility.
• Before installing and maintaining the equipment, read this manual carefully and keep it on hand for
further consultation by the various operators.
• If the equipment is transferred, the new user will come into possession of this booklet.
• Use is solely reserved to appropriate and trained personnel who attend periodic refresher courses.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced phy-
sical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given su-
pervision and instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazard
