of water bad quality from the autoclave, the filter‐cartridge assembly has to
be replaced as follows:
 Switch off the machine and close the cock on the tank.
 Remove the safety clips from the inlet and outlet couplers of the
exhausted filter‐cartridge assembly
 Disconnect hoses connecting the water line dedicated to the filter‐
cartridge assembly by pressing to the coupler body the stop ring and
then pulling the hose.
 Replace the exhausted filter‐cartridge assembly with a new one.
 Reconnect the hoses of the water line to the filter‐cartridge assembly
by fully fitting them.
 Apply safety clips to the quick couplers.
 Temporarily disconnect the filter from the resins cartridge and take
the filter free end on a basin or a big container
 Re‐open the cock on the tank and restart the Machine.
 Run water through the filter until water coming out is completely
limpid.
 Switch off the Machine and close the cock on the tank.
 Re‐connect the filter to the cartridge by fully pressing the hose and
fitting the safety clip
 Re‐open the cock on the tank and restart the Machine.
 Be sure of the absence of water leaks through couplers.
 Disassemble the exhausted assembly by separating the GAC filter from
the resins cartridge and dispose of the two exhausted parts following
indications of Tab. 8.1.1 of this Manual.
