WARRANTY ANNULMENT
The warranty shall be void if:
a) the tool is damaged due to fall, exposure to fire, fluid overspills, blizzards, natural
disasters, weathering or any cause other than a manufacture defect;
b) the installation does not comply with the manufacturer instructions and has been
carried out by unauthorized staff;
c) the tool is repaired, modified or in any case tampered with by the Purchaser or an
unauthorized third party;
d) upon the request of a warranty intervention the product serial number is removed,
cancelled or modified etc;
e) the filled out and signed installation and testing report is not returned within 15 days
from installation;
f) the Purchaser suspends and/or delays for any reason the payment of any due
amount relating to the purchase and/or maintenance of the equipment;
g) the planned maintenance schedule or any other prescription of the use and
maintenance manual is not complied with.
