Starting and testing (Fig. 2):
After completing the hydraulic and electric connections follow instructions below
 Do not switch On the Biox
 Position the Opening Lever of the tank discharge [14] to "Open"
(horizontal position).
 Close the cock on the tank.
 Close the supply cock to the practice equipment.
 Open the by‐pass cock.
 Open the cock for main body supply
 Power on.
 Be sure the light of the discharge solenoid valve [4] is on; otherwise start
the solenoid valve switch [5] to light it up.
The pump inside the main body runs for some seconds then stops. The
pressure gauge on the front panel of the main body indicates the pressure
value for some seconds.
 Now open the cock on the tank only.
The pump restarts and production of purified water starts until the tank is
full, then the system stops .
 Now close the by‐pass cock and open the supply cock to the supplied
devices.

Pick water through the supplied devices or the cock on the basin until
causing the pump restart which will stop as soon as the set water reserve
is refilled.
The machine is now ready for use.
