INSTRUCTION:
Hand operated mechanical tool for copper lugs and links
Built-in crimp die set to range of different sizes.
No dies to replace, simply rotate die to select required crimp size.
OPERATION:
Note: This tool should only be used exclusively for its intended use.
This crimper is a mechanical crimping tool with built-in non interchangeable rotatory dies .
▼ Please read the instruction manual carefully before you use this tool.
▼ Open the handle completely and make sure the two handles in level and then press the button to
the bottom then rotate the dies to suit for the size of copper lugs and links. A lug or link is crimped
when the dies come together. The crimp is completed when the handles are completely closed
and the dies touch one another.
▼ Die can be rotated by activating the spring loaded buttons. To set the tool to a new lug or link size,
the tool must be opened completely as above operation.
▼ Adjust the die to the required lug or link size. It is important that the angle locks snap back into
position and the dies are locked securely.
Warning: do not crimp lugs to electrical cables that live or in close proximity to live circuits. Please
note this tool is not insulated
