-After each use, disconnect the device from the mains.
-NOTE: If during the cooking steam comes out of the pot, it must sure
that the pressure valve in the closed position, the silicone rubber is
adjusted well and the lid is closed properly.
FIRST STEPS TO START COOKING
-The Digital cooker requires certain time to reach the operating pres-
sure and temperature for the cooking. Once the optimal conditions
have been reached, time will be deducted from the set timing of the
selected menu.
-Cooking time can vary depending on the selected menu.
This timing has to be taken into account if when the selected cooking
menu has finished, the food is not cooked to your taste. Then, you may
wish to add more cooking time.
-If the programme function is set, firstly the selected programme
timing will be adjusted from the 1-9 hours timing range. Afterwards the
pressure and temperature will start reaching. Once the operational
pressure and temperature are reached, the selected menu function will
start.
PROGRAMME FUNCTION
-The digital cooker can be programmed between an interval of 1 to
9 hours, to do so, follow the steps below:
*Once the cooker is switched on, the symbols 0.00 will appear on
display. The first "0" will appear in red and the following "00" in
green.
*The symbol "0"in red indicates the timing parameters to begin coo-
king. Press the bottom
to select the timetable. Once the time-
table has been selected, choose the programme (fish, rice, soup...)
-E.g.: If in the display it has selected 3.15; this will indicate that in
three hours will start the "chicken and meat" programme.
-It is important to remark that the programme timing will start once
the optimal operational pressure and temperature conditions have
been reached.
*Once the cooking programme has finished, the cooker will automa-
tically switch on to the KEEP WARM FUNCTION (
the food warm.
KEEP WARM FUNCITON
-When the cooking is completed, the buzzer sounds and the KEEP
WARM FUNCTION (
) is automatically activated. The KEEP
WARM FUNCTION will stay activated depending on the type of coo-
ked food, there is not a set timing.
MENU FUNCTION
-This function will be used to manually set the cooking timing.
-Press the
button, select the desired minutes for the cooking
and press
.
PRESSURE REGULATOR
-Turn the pressure regulator to
programme is set. Once the cooking is completed it should be chan-
ged to
position. It is important to open the lid to let the stem
naturally release from the inner bowl of the cooker.
CANCEL FUNCTION/ KEEP WARM FUNCTION
-To cancel the cooking before the selected programme is completed,
