Independently of our manufacturer's guarantee, you
may of course assert guarantee rights in relation to
the vendor – e.g. subsequent performance (remedi-
ation of defects, repair or replacement), withdrawal
from the contract or reduction in purchase price –
insofar as you possess such contractual or statutory
rights. Such rights are not affected by our manufac-
turer's guarantee.
