Technical services.

3. INTRODUCTION

The AUDEO Series acoustic cabinets is the result of a profound analysis of present and future
needs for playing music and announcements. Some of the most evident and direct applications for the
AUDEO cabinet are shops, department stores, schools, conference rooms, hotels, industries, offices,
museums, halls, hospitals, leisure areas, etc.
In some of these applications, you must also have an element to reinforce the lower end of the
audible spectrum, i.e. the lower frequencies or sub-bass. The AUDEO SB110 subwoofer is ideal for
these cases.

4. CONNECTIONS AND SETUP

The AUDEO SB110 unit has two audio input connectors, labeled INPUT – STACK. Connect a
mono or stereo amplified audio signal to one of them: the SB110 internally operates on monophonic
signals and, therefore, L and R input signals are summed to obtain a workable signal. A second AUDEO
SB110 unit can be linked using the free STACK or INPUT connection.
An internal low-pass filter is incorporated to the AUDEO SB110 in order for the unit to work on a
selected sub-bass frequency range particularly suitable for combination with other AUDEO series
speakers. Using the HP FILTER switch, you can turn this filter off (OFF position) or you can select one of
the two cut-off frequency options, 120 or 150 Hz.
