4. Align the mounting studs with the Router Securing Holes on the Router Base Plate (1), and
slide into the keyhole slots (Image B)
5. Tighten the baseplate mounting knobs on the plunge router firmly to secure the plunge
router to the Router Track Adaptor
Track rail attachment
•
Loosen the Adjustment Locking Knob (5) By turning it anticlockwise, before making
adjustments
•
Fit the Adaptor Body (4) to the extruded guide rail on the track. Adjust the Track Width
Adjustment Screws (6) on the Adaptor Body using a hex key, to give a snug fit
•
Adjust the Track Rail Adaptor's position using the Macro Adjustment Knobs (3), to ensure
the Router Base Plate (1) does NOT contact the track rail
•
Turn the Micro Adjustment Screw (7) to position the plunge router accurately for cutting
•
After adjustments have been made, lock the settings into place, by turning the Adjustment
Locking Knob clockwise
Note: The adjustment range is made using the extension from the Micro adjustment (see
'Specification') and does not include the extension from the Macro Adjustment Knobs.
