SOLUTION
Check that there is voltage in the outlet
used, and that the pad is correctly
plugged into it.
Also check the connection between the
power supply and the pad for pads with
built-in power supply.
Ensure that the on/off side switch is in
the "I" setting.
The pre-selected time stop may have
been activated, or the safety auto-
stop. Check that the pad is operating,
checking that any one of the blue LEDs
is on.
If in doubt, press any keys to return to
Free mode, or turn on the ON / OFF
side button.
The control may have an abnormality
during start-up leading to the locking of
the pad's operation for safety reasons.
Turn the control off and on again. If the
problem continues, contact an authori-
sed technical support service centre.
If the pad does not heat up, co-
ver it with a blanket, towel or thick
cloth, place the regulator in the maxi-
mum setting and wait for 45 minutes.
If it still does not heat up, contact our
authorised technical service. Checks
made on the pad outdoors are not reliable
as this may lead to erroneous heat
readings.
If the heat felt is considered insuffi-
cient at its maximum setting, we
recommend placing the pad directly
in contact with your skin, covering the
opposite side of the pad with a towel
or similar garment, thus preventing the
heat from dissipating into the air.
The control may have an abnormality,
leading to the locking of the pad's
operation for safety reasons. Turn the
control off and on again. If the problem
continues, contact an authorised tech-
nical support service centre.
