OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Read this manual carefully and follow the safety instructions. Take enough time and
use a flat surface with sufficient space.
FIRST STEPS
1. Compare with reference to the item list the completeness of the delivery.
Remove the packaging material. Loosen the clamps 12, that secure the grill

and the charcoal container 3. Remove the grill and take out the charcoal
container.
2. Insert the grease collection bowl

in the outer case 6.
3. Fill the charcoal container

with about 250 g of beech wood charcoal, and
put the lid

on the charcoal container.
4. Apply a thin layer of the ingnition gel on the ignition tray on place them
appropriately, centered over the vent pipe.
5. Slide the charged fan motor into the engine slot and set the controller to full
power so that the flame receives sufficient air supply . Caution risk of burns from
open flame!
6. Light the gel best with a stick lighter. Make sure that the flame is burning
properly.
7. When the gel burns cleanly, place the filled charcoal container

on the ignition tray

and secure the charcoal container by placing
the grill on top

and closing to the brackets 12. Within a few minutes the charcoal
is fully ignited and ready for grilling.
8. When placing the individual components, make sure that all are nicely
centered fit properly on top of each other.
9. To regulate the grilling temperature set the knob on a lower or higher level. To
keep the food warm on the grill you can completely turn of the fan motor.
10. The recommendation that the barbecue shall be heated up and the fuel
kept red hot for at least 30 min prior to the first cooking.
CAUTION!
The charcoal container can have some small oil residues, which can
produce a light smoke on the first use.
