AVS PROTECTION FUNCTION

Lower voltage protection: when the public power is lower than 170 VAC, the charger
shuts down to protect it. Once voltage increases to normal range, it restarts
automatically.
High voltage protection: when the public power is too high, the charger shuts
down and restart once the voltage reaches the normal range.
Time delay: For protection, the restart takes place after 17 seconds, the time
delay function avoids the unit's damage even at more frequent power failure.
