If a malfunction occurs with your Design infrared radiator, please contact your supplier or the ma-
nufacturer directly. You will need to note the type and serial number of the radiator which you can
find on the sticker on the rear of the Design infrared radiator. Your legal rights are not affected by
non-compliance with these requests.

10. Warning:

This device is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. The heating device
may not be used in small rooms which are occupied by people who cannot leave the room them-
selves unless a constant supervision is present.

Email-, Metall und Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH herewith declares that the room heating device
complies with the essential requirements and the other relevant provisions of the directive in Eu-
ropean Directive for Electromagnetic Compatibility (2004/108/EG) and the Low Voltage Directive
(2006/95/EG).
