Double insulation
To ensure maximum safety of the user, our tools are designed and
built to satisfy applicable European standards (EN standards). Tools
with double insulation are marked by the international symbol of
a double square. These tools must not be grounded and a two-wire
cable is sufficient to supply them with power. Tools are shielded in
accordance with EN 50114.
Commissioning and use
Any unauthorised use might cause damage to the tool.
Therefore follow these instructions:
- Use a tool within the diameter prescribed.
- Load the tool to avoid any significant reduction of speed or
stoppage.
Check whether the data on the name plate correspond with the
actual power supply voltage.
The tools designed for 230 V may be connected also to 220 / 240 V.
Additional handle
For safety reasons always use the additional handle (6), firmly
mounted on the clamping neck (1). Follow the instructions as
shown on the picture for the assembly of the additional handle.
When mounting the additional handle on the machine tighten
both screws alternately to make the gap between the clamp casts
under both screws about equal. If you follow these instructions you
will avoid an excessive strain of the clamp casts, thus preventing
their potential damage.
Clamping of lashes
Screw the M14×2 terminal tools as deep into the spindle opening
as possible and tighten properly using an open wrench (22 mm)
included in the accessories.
Switching on and off
By pressing the switch button (3) the machine activates and releas-
ing the button stops it.

Permanent run
By pressing the switch button (3) to the stop and simultaneous
pressing the latching pin (2) permanent run is achieved.
By repeated pressing the switch button and its release the perma-
nent run is discontinued.
Speed control
By light and gradual pressing the controller button (3) you will
achieve low speed and controlled continuous run-up.
By further gradual pressing the button the speed increases to the
pre-selected speed.
Electronic speed pre-selection
Using the pre-selection wheel (4) the required pre-selected speed
is set (even when the machine runs).
The required speed depends on the type of the material mixed,
and a practical test is recommended to verify it.
If the machine is loaded considerably, adjust the pre-selection
knob (4) to the marginal position in the + direction (max speed –
control disconnected).
After a longer work at low speed leave the machine run idle for
3 minutes at maximum speed to cool the engine down.
Removal of the tool (lash)
Put the flat open wrench (9) (22 mm) on the tool (lash) terminal
hexagon (10) and by turning to the right unscrew the tool off the
spindle.

find any shorter than 5 mm, replace them.
- After about 200 hours of operation replace the lubricating
grease.
