CAUTION: Do not lubricate the blade
CAUTION: Always latch the blade/handle in
the down, closed position when
not in use
CAUTION: Do not carry the guillotine by
holding the cutting blade or the
cutting arm
CAUTION: Always operate the guillotine
with the safety guard in place
How to install safety guard
A. Rotate the safety guard retaining bracket on the
handle until it is vertical (1), then secure it using
the supplied screw (2) (CL100 only). Hold the
top of the guillotine with your left hand and push
the handle on to the end of arm until it snaps into
place (3).
B. Screw the safety guard securely into the proper
holes in the base as indicated in the pictures,
ensuring the edge of the safety guard locates
within the retaining bracket (D)
C. Safety guard should now be locked in place
and is ready for you to start.
