  • Página 7 6. Spoon approximately 1 to 2 tablespoons of the filling onto 1 or both slices of bread, leaving a 1/4” border of clean bread. Top with a second slice of bread, buttered side 7.     • A wide variety of breads may be used, such as whole wheat, fruit breads, and white bread. Be sure to select breads approximately 4” square. Most pre-sliced loaves of bread found in the supermarket are perfect. • For crisp, tasty bread, butter or oil the outside of the bread. Use flavored butters or oils to add interest to your sandwiches.

    • To remove any food or batter baked onto the cooking plates, clean with a plastic mesh puff or pad. Do not use steel wool or coarse scouring pads. • The cool-touch body of the Sandwich Maker should be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner and a soft, damp cloth.
