Guarrantee
This product is guaranteed by Lurbe Grup S.A. in
accordance with the legal guarantee in Spain covered by
Act 23/2003, of 10 July, on the sale of consumer goods
and associated guarantees. This guarantee shall only
be valid within the territory of the European Union and
exclusively in relation to the aforementioned appliance.
In other countries, the guarantee will be granted in
accordance with the provisions of the law in each case.
This guarantee does not affect the rights granted to
consumers by virtue of the aforementioned Act but
provides other advantages in addition to their statutory
rights.
Consumers are entitled to have any defective item
replaced by a new one provided that any damage to
the NGS Home product is not due to improper use,
uses other than those described in this manual, repairs
carried out by non-specialised staff, deterioration of the
product due to external agents such as lime or other
harmful, chemical, clogging or corrosive products,
inadequate maintenance or lack of cleaning.
NGS Home shall not accept any liability for possible
damage suffered directly or indirectly by people, things
or animals due to non-compliance with the instructions
included in the instructions manual, particularly those
concerning the warnings relating to the use and
maintenance of the product.
