TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Once the command has been sent, the
motor does not start.
The motor starts but the blades do not

The sun shade movement is not fluid.

Interference between the motor control and
light control via remote control.

Possible cause
No electricity in the mains.
Power plug is not connected to the mains.
Remote control batteries dead.
Internal leverage broken.
Difficulty of communication between the remote
control and receiver.

Controls and remedies
Make sure the electricity is working in the house.
Make sure the plug is properly connected to a
functioning socket.
Change the battery in the remote control.
Contact your retailer.
Place the receiver antenna outside of the metal
framework.
Change the battery in the remote control.
Place the motor control receiver at least 1.5 m from
the light control receiver.
Change the battery in the remote control.
