• The device is guaranteed for the first user for a period of twenty four (24) months, three
(3) months for the applicators and accessories subject to wear from the date of purchase
against defects in materials or manufacture, provided that it is used properly and main-
tained in good working condition.
The validity of the warranty shall be limited in the following cases:
• There is no warranty for accessories and materials that are considered to be „consu-
mables".
• The present warranty shall be valid and effective in the country where the product has
been purchased. In the event the product is purchased in any country belong to the Eu-
ropean Union, the warranty shall then be valid in all of its member states.
• Problems due to having dropped the device or improper voltage use.
• If the device has been opened or modified by unauthorised personnel.
• If the device has been used in unsuitable environments.
• If the device has not been used in accordance with the instructions contained in this
manual.
• Warranty on the device: 2 years.
• Warranty for the accessories and applicators: 3 months.
To obtain the warranty service, the user must observe the following warranty
clauses:
• The products must be delivered for repair in the original packaging.
• The product warranty will be subject to the production of a tax document (sales receipt,
payment receipt, sales invoice or mail-order sales document via an online shop or catalo-
gue), attesting the product's date of purchase.
• Repair will not be performed on the original date of the warranty's expiry and it will not
constitute any renewal or extension of the same.
• If, at the time of repair, there is no fault in the product found, expenses related to the
technical verification shall be charged.
• The warranty shall lapse if malfunction has been determined to be due to impact, falls,
incorrect or improper use of the product, use of a power supply or charger that is not the
original, accidents, alterations to the product, substitution/removal of the warranty seals
and/or tampering with the product.
• Moreover, the same warranty shall not cover damage caused during transport through
use of unsuitable packaging.
• The warranty does not cover the impossibility to use the product, other incidental or con-
sequential costs or other expenses incurred by the purchaser.
