Trouble Shooting
Q1: The product can't pair with your Bluetooth-enabled
phone, MP3, etc.
1. Please make sure you have turned the switch to the 'RX' side before
you power it on.
2. Clear the paring lists of your Bluetooth-enabled phone, MP3, etc. ,
then pair again.
Q2: The product can't pair with your Bluetooth speakers/
Bluetooth headsets.
1. Please make sure you have turned the switch to the 'TX' side
before you power it on.
2. Make sure there is only one Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth
headset turned on around you.
3. Clear the paring lists of the product, then pair again.
Q3: The Bluetooth range or the sound quality is not good.
1. Bluetooth signal may be blocked by surrounding objects, so this
affects the audio quality. Please put it in the right position without
barrier between the adapter and your phone (or other devices).
2. Clear the paring lists of the product and your device, then pair
again.
