Service inspection

We recommend that a service inspection is performed once
annually.
1: Check all screws and tighten if necessary.
2: Check surfaces for damage, and clean the product in
accordance with cleaning guide.
3: Check that the arm locks into position when raised.
4: Check all moving parts, lubricate if necessary with
silicon spray.
Faultfi nding
Fault
Arm seems unstable when
in horizontal position.
Arm seems unstable when
in vertical position.
The cushion spring in the
arm does not cushion
properly.
Support arm on a
horizontally-adjustable
product cannot be moved
on the wall track.
Support arm on a vertically-
adjustable product cannot
be moved on the track.
The arm on a vertically-
adjustable product cannot
be tightened.
Contact Pressalit Care or your dealer if the problem cannot
be remedied. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself,
as this will invalidate the guarantee.
Cause
The horizontal slide is not
tightened.
The vertical slide is not
tightened.
The spring may be broken.
Dirt on the wall track.
Dirt on the track.
Lock handle stuck.
Remedy
Tighten the slide using an
Allen key.
Tighten the vertical slide
fully. Use the lock handle.
Contact Pressalit Care or
your dealer .
Clean using a mild detergent
and dry with a soft cloth.
Apply a lubricant in the form
of silicon spray, and wipe off
with a soft cloth.

Free handle by turning
clockwise. Retighten the
adjustable product.
