This universal cutter will slice bread,
sausage, ham, cheese, cold meats and
other sliceable food.
Place the appliance on a smooth, hard
surface if possible.

The setting wheel serves stepless regula-
tion of the slice thickness.
The slice thickness can be set between 0
and 15 mm.
Slicing
After following the previously mentioned
points, you can now start the appliance.
Use the setting wheel to set the required
slice thickness. Slice settings). Remove
the collection tray from the base unit.
The object which is to be sliced should be
placed with the right hand against the
stopping plate. Apply a little pressure and
guide the sliding carriage evenly against
the rotating blade.
To switch the appliance on, use your left
hand to push the safety slice pushbutton.
The slices will fall directly into the collec-
tion tray located under the appliance.

Operation and use
This appliance is intended for short
periods of use (10 minutes), i.e. you
can use this appliance for 10 minutes at
a time. Then the motor must be swit-
ched off and allowed to cool.

Practical tips:
• Loaves of bread with crusts of varying
hardness should be placed with the
hard side against the blade.
• You can use the rest holder to comple-
tely and safely slice even the smallest
pieces of food.
• It is helpful if you wet the blade with a
damp cloth when slicing cheese and
thin slices.
• When slicing ham, place the side with
the fat on top.
