Registering Internet of Things (IoT) devices and smart home appliances
Setting automations
Set an automation for devices assigned to a location to automatically perform actions at a
specific condition.

On the SmartThings screen, tap Automations.

Tap ADD.
Some automations may be set by default depending on the region.

Select a location to set an automation.

Tap CUSTOM AUTOMATION.
The screen for setting conditions will appear.
Select the automation under RECOMMENDED to set automations recommended by
SmartThings.
