• Press the button
7. Lift the lid before transferring the contents to another

WARNING:
• Always pull the power supply plug before cleaning.
• Allow the appliance to cool down.
• Never immerse the base in water for cleaning. It could result in an
electric shock or fire.
CAUTION:
• Do not use a wire brush or other abrasive items.
• Never use sharp or scouring cleaning materials.
Base
Clean the base with a clean cloth from the outside, without
any additional cleaning agents.
Jug, Lid, Mixing attachments, Tool holder and Seals
• Always clean these pieces immediately after use.
• Remove the tool holder with the used mixing attachment
by pulling it upward out of the jug.

Cleaning
• Only rinse the parts by hand with a soft cloth while adding
a mild dishwashing detergent.
• You may remove ingrained dirt with a nylon brush.
• Then rinse with clean water and dry off the parts.
• Clean the appliance as described and allow to dry
completely.
• We recommend that you keep the appliance in the
original packaging if the appliance will be not used for
long periods.
• Always keep the appliance out of the reach of children in
a dry, well ventilated place.
Troubleshooting
Remedy
Check the socket with another appliance.
Plug in the mains plug correctly.
Check the main circuit breaker.
Contact our service centre or a specialist.
Check correct placement of the froth beater.
Check to ensure that the seal ring of tool holder is fitted
properly.
There should be between 50 and 120 ml in the jug.
Leave the appliance to cool down for 2 minutes. You
may shorten this time by rinsing the jug with cold water.
