• Switch off the device to perform maintenance tasks or

Loosen and remove the fixing screw using a Phillips
screwdriver.
Remove the battery compartment cover.
Insert batteries into the battery compartment. Ensure
that the battery poles (+/-) are correctly aligned.
Reattach the battery compartment cover.
Insert and tighten the fixing screw by hand using the
Phillips screwdriver.
