Removing limescale
Limescale forms on the heating surface of the appliance after
multiple use. Regularly remove these deposits in order to
ensure proper operation of the appliance.

The intervals between removing limescale depend on the
hardness of the water and the frequency of using the appli-
ance.

Do not use vinegar, but a commercially available limescale
removal product based on citric acid. Follow the manufac-
turer's instruction.

Do not heat any food during this process.
•
Pour away the liquid after removing limescale. Rinse the
appliance with cold water and then wipe it dry with a cloth.
Storage

Clean the device as described and allow to dry completely.
•
Cover the appliance with the lid to protect it against dust.
•

packaging if the appliance will be not used for long periods.
