MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Before you proceed to cleaning the appliance make sure the item is unplugged from the mains.
• The shield-pusher group (5) may be cleaned with soap and water. Never use the dishwasher.
• To clean the sliding carriage (4), it can be removed from the body of the food slicer just by pulling
it upwards.
• To put it back, place the hook in the rod, the guide, and then press it to leave it fixed.
• The blade (6) and the carriage (4), can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
• From time to time, it is convenient to remove the blade for a better cleaning. Unroll the blade
axle (8) by turning clockwise and take it out with care. To fix it again and place the blade axle (8)
turn it anticlockwise.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical products, metallic scourers, etc. which may deteriorate the surfaces
of the appliance.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
• Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage regulations.
• Never throw it away to the rubbish. So you will help to the improvement of the
environment.
