On/off switch
The on/off switch is a safety switch.
• First push the red catch towards the front.
• Now you can switch on the knife.
Removing Blades
• Hold the blades by the plastic (see illustration A).
• Press the buttons (2) and you can then take the blades out of the device.
• Always remove the mains plug from the socket before cleaning the device!
• Never immerse the device in water!
• Do not use any sharp items for cleaning!
• Do not use any caustic or abrasive detergents!
Removable Parts
• The blades can be removed as described.
• Clean the components immediately after use.
• Wash any removable parts that have come into contact with food by hand in soapy
water.
• These components are not suitable for cleaning in a dishwasher.
Housing
• Use only a damp cloth for cleaning the outside.
