• Repeat operation from step 1 on page 10 after the following remedies.
Blinks slow (once a second): Communication error with camera
Cause
Camera power is off
Shutter is released during communication
with camera
Plug is loose
Blinks fast (4 times a second): Memory card error
Cause
Writing error
Card is not properly inserted into the slot
Card's available memory is insufficient
Card is not formatted correctly
With F100, a film in use is loaded when
setting/changing recording data
• The memory card and the plug may be inserted or removed freely while the error
lamp is on.
