Instructions for Use
To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one
blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. DO NOT change the
plug in any way.
1. ALWAYS make sure the unit is set to the Off, "O" position before inserting the
plug into a 120 volt electrical outlet.
2. Massage: To turn the unit on, simply slide the switch located on the bottom
side of the unit up to the massage selection denoted by "M" (Fig. A). To
adjust the intensity of the massage, slide the variable switch, located on the
top side of the unit, down for lower intensity and up for higher intensity. (Fig.
B)
3. Massage with Thermal Heat: Viewing the bottom side of the unit simply twist
the massage head counter-clockwise (to the left) and pull the attachment head
off (Fig. C). Locate the two red (heat) attachments and place them onto the
post and perpendicular to the massage unit. Once on the post, twist the
attachment clock wise (to the right) to secure. The heads should now be
aligned in the same direction as the unit (Fig. D). Slide the ON/OFF switch up
completely, to activate the heat function denoted on the switch as "M+H".
Allow a few minutes for heat to fully activate.
