Possible Cause
Power cord has not been
inserted into the power
socket
Did not set the timer
Too much food in the
basket
Temperature set is too low
Cooking time is short
Some type of food material
should be shaking in middle
of cooking time
Some food materials have
to be fried with oil
The drawer with too many
food
materials is too heavy
The basket is not correctly
placed in the drawer.
Handle bar stuck

Solution
Closely insert the power cord
into the grounded power
socket.
Set the timer to desired
cooking time, then product
able to connect with
Fry food in turns
Set to an appropriate
temperature,
re-fry food.
Set an appropriate cooking
time,
re-fry food.
In the middle of cooking
process, pull the drawer out
and shake it for separate the
overlapped food material,
then push the drawer back to
continue.
Plush a thin layer of oil
on the surface of the food
material first, then start to
fry them.
The food material in the
basket can
not exceed the max. line.
Press the basket into the
drawer.
Place the handle bar in
horizontal position.
Normal phenomenon.
Please clean the drawer and
basket
after use.
