PRE-OPERATION
PREPARATION
To prevent an electric shock,
when operation link with earth.
Use oil mixed gasoline. If not,
engine will be overheated.
Gasoline and oil mixing ratio 50:1.
Fuel tank capacity: 4,2 L.
Do not fill above fuel filter top.
How to make mixed gasoline:
- Use fuel tank cap to measure oil.
- Put gasoline and oil into one
container with mixing ratio 50:1.
- After shacking, put them into
fuel tank.
STARTING THE ENGINE
Before starting, do not connect
electric apparatus.
Shake fuel tank before starting
engine.
Turn fuel cock lever to ON.
Turn chock lever to 1.
Turn engine switch to ON.
Pull slowly on recoil start until
engaged, then pull it briskly.
Return chock lever.
STOPPING ENGINE
Before stopping, turn off electric
apparatus.
Turn engine switch to STOP.
Turn fuel cock lever to OFF.
CONNECTION
Wind lead 2 or 3 turns
around handle.
Start engine.
Plug into AC socket.
SAfETY DEvICES
Press the button to reset protector,
to reduce output load if AC
protector turns off.

PERIODIC mAINTENANCE
Spark plug
(per 50h or per one month):
- Remove spark plug.
- Remove carbon deposites.
- Check for discoloration. Standard:
tan color.
- Check spark plug gap. Standard:
0.7~08mm.
Air filter
(per 100h or per month):
- Remove air filter.
- Wash clearly in solvent.
- Get motor oil.
- Squeeze motor oil out.
WARNING: Never run engine
without air filter.
Fuel filter on cock lever
(per 150h or per three months):
- Stop engine.
- Turn fuel cock lever to OFF.
- Clean with solvent.
Fuel filter on fuel tank
(per 150h or per three months):
- Clear with solvent.
- Wipe off.
- Insert into fuel tank.
TROUbLE SHOOTING
Engine won't start.
- Check fuel.
- Check engine switch.
- Check spark plug.
- If engine still won't start, check
if fuel cock is clogging, if air filter
is clogging.
In other cases, contact
manufacturer or dealer.
