12. When the device has been used for some time, you will need to replace the air filter, which is sold in a package together with
a water filter by the manufacturer. To replace the filter at the back, simply push and the filter will pop out. We recommend
doing this every +-3 months, depending on the location where the device is used.
Warning: before replacing the filter, turn the power off and unplug the device.
13. The remote control works within a range of 5 meters.
MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
Always make sure the device is unplugged before cleaning it.

Cleaning of water tank (once every 2-3 weeks): screw off the water tank cover, remove the lime scale and rinse with water

Cleaning of the base (once a week): if there is lime scale in the base, wipe it off with a soft cloth dipped in a mixture of
vinegar (1/10) and water (9/10)

External cleaning: dip a soft cloth in warm water of below 40°C, wipe off the exterior of the machine. The nozzle can be
flushed with water directly.

Use only a mixture of vinegar (1/10) and water (9/10) to clean the appliance. Do not use any other cleaning agents.

Replace the water in the tank frequently to keep the unit clean.

Use a damp, clean cloth to clean the appliance.

Never immerse the appliance in water or other liquids. Never place it directly under the tap.
Storage:

Remove the water when the unit is not to be used for a longer period of time. Before storing it, also (air) dry all parts and
place the the product back in its original package. Otherwise lime scale can damage the machine.
Please remember:

Never touch the oscillating transducer with a sharp hard tool. Clean it with a wet cloth only.

Do not wipe the surface or base of the machine with chemical solvents, gasoline, kerosene or polishing powder.

Do not clean the unit with any detergents, preferably use clean water.

During cleaning, avoid water getting into the base (part 4), lest the internal electric components should become damp and
faulty.

Do not remove any components.
