ASSEMBLy INSTRUCTIONS (DIAGRAM 1 - 5)
1. Put the front wheel into the fork and tighten thenuts. Make sure the hooks
in the lock washers are in their intended holes in the fork.
2. Push the fork from below through the frame, as shown in the diagram 2.
Make sure there is a plastic disc above and below the frame shaft.
3. Push the covering cap over the handlebar shaft. Then push the handlebar
clamp onto the fork shaft from above. Make sure that the handle clamp fits
exactly onto the fork shaft and is pushed down as far as possible. Check
that the rings and the guide sleeves are fully fitted into the frame. Now
insert the handlebars into the fork shaft from above. In order to set the
handlebars at the highest position, the vertical handlebar shaft can be
pulled out to the "MAX" indication. Do not pull out the shaft further as this
might lead to accidents. Make sure that the handlebar shaft is fixed in
correct alignment with the front wheel before screwing the handlebars
tightly into place.
4. Push the covering cap over the handlebar clamp.
5. Insert the saddle into the seat post. Make sure that the maximum seat
height is not exceeded, i.e. do not pull the seat post out beyond the MAX
marking, as exceeding the maximum seat height may lead to serious in-
jury.
6. Finally, fasten the handlebar pad with the Velcro straps to the handlebar.
