10. Troubleshooting
HAVE YOUR TOOL REPAIRED BY A QUALIFIED PERSON
using original spare parts, otherwise this may result in considerable danger to the user.
Fault
The machine does not function.
Unusual noise coming from the
reduction gear.
Cause
The power supply cable is damaged or
not properly connected.
No voltage in the socket.
The thermal protection has been
activated.
Internal emergency switch has
been damaged.
Mixture too hard.
The agitator is encountering obstacles
whilst rotating (stones or lumps).
Start capacitor is damaged.
Bearings or bushings of reduction gear
are damaged.
Reduction gear damaged.

Remedy
Have the socket checked.
Remove the power supply cable from the main
socket and reset the thermal protection. In
case this is not possible, wait a few minutes to
allow it to cool.
Consult local dealer.
Remove part of the mixture from the basket,
than try to start the machine.
Remove the stones which are too big or the
lumps. Proceed as above indicated.
