Q: Which sounds are available when the CrySensor is activated?
The CrySensor is only on Percy's right wing. This means you can
choose between the Lullaby or the White Static Noise.
Q: How do I check that the CrySensor is working?
If you wish to check the CrySensor, then activate it using the
instructions and clap next to Percy to hear him activate your chosen
sound.
Q: Where should I put Percy?
Percy should be placed near your baby so he can listen in
CrySensor mode and so your baby can hear and see him. Toys
should not be placed on the mattress inside a sleeping babies cot
so use the Velcro loop to attach him to the cot out of reach of your
baby or use nearby furniture to stand him on.
Q: What sounds can Percy hear?
The CrySensor works best when Percy is less than 1 metre from
your child. When noise levels within 1m reach 50dBA, Percy will be
activated and play your chosen sound.
Q: How do I care for Percy?
Percy is a surface wash only toy due to his electrical components.
Please do not put him in a washing machine or tumble dryer. Just
wipe him over with a damp cloth. Do not use any chemicals as it
may affect fabrics or transfer to your child's environment.
Q: Can you use rechargeable batteries?
Yes, you can use rechargeable batteries. Do not mix old and new
batteries. Rechargeable batteries must be removed from the toy
before being recharged.
Q: What if Percy does not play sound or light?
You need to firstly check the master power switch is in the on
position. If it still will not work then check the batteries and replace
them as necessary. If you are still experiencing problems then
contact The Gro Company customer care team.

Please remove all packaging before giving this toy to a child. Soft toys
should not be left in a baby's cot. Please remove from a sleeping baby.
Surface wash only, do not machine wash. Wipe with a damp cloth.
Replace batteries by using a small Phillips screwdriver to remove the
screws on the battery door. Be sure to insert batteries correctly with
adult supervision and always follow the toy and battery manufacturer's
instructions. Do not mix old and new batteries. Rechargeable batteries
must be removed from the toy before being recharged.
Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Exhausted
batteries are to removed from the toy. The supply terminals are not to
be short-circuited. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under
adult supervision.
Batteries not included – requires 4 x AA 1.5v.
Environmental protection
Waste electrical products should not be disposed
of with household waste. Please recycle where
facilities exist. Check with your local authority or
retailer for recycling advice.
