TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS
1. If the dehumidifier fails to work, please switch off the unit immediately, and pull out the
plug and check the following:
Problem

Possible causes
Power cut or the plug is broken.
The plug doesn't insert well.
Power voltage too low
(supply voltage < Rated voltage 20%)
The cable is too thin
The system temp. is too high, device stops
for protection.
The indicator humidity control / temp.
protection light on
The system temp. is too high, device stops for
protection.
Set humidity > environment humidity,
device auto stops, the indicator humidity
control / temp. protect is on.
Water tank is full.
Compressor over loading.
Compressor burnt due to leakage or voltage
too low.
Something wrong with the circuit board.
Device is defrosting.
DEFROST indicator light is on
Compressor capacitance invalid.
The motor is broken.
Something is wrong with the circuit board.

What to dot
Check the power supply.
Insert the plug properly
Wait until the supply voltage normal
Change the cable.
Repress the ON/OFF button.
When ambient humidity > set
humidity, device auto start.
Pour out the water, put the bucket
back.
