5. OPERATION
IMPORTANT: IT IS NECESSARY TO READ, UN-
DERSTAND AND FOLLOW THE "SAFETY INFORMA-
TION" BEFORE STARTING THE PURIFIER IN OR-
DER TO USE IT CORRECTLY AND AVOID RISKS.
►►5.1. SWITCHING THE PURIFIER ON:
►5.1.1. Open the protective cap located on the air vent.
►5.1.2. Place the purifier vertically or horizontally as re-
quired. The appliance can work in both positions.
►5.1.3. Plug the purifier into the mains (make sure the
power cable is intact and the mains features match
those on the purifier's rating plate).
►5.1.4. To turn the purifier on, turn the switch clockwise
and select the desired speed.
►►5.2. SWITCHING THE PURIFIER OFF:
►5.2.1. To turn the purifier off, turn the switch anticlock-
wise to "OFF".
►5.2.2. Disconnect the purifier from the mains.
►5.2.3. Close the protective cap located on the air vent.
NOTE: DO NOT UNPLUG THE PURIFIER FROM THE
MAINS TO SWITCH IT OFF.
6. STORAGE
Always disconnect the purifier from the power supply and
close the protective cap located on the air vent when not
in use, before storing it. Put the purifier in a dry place pro-
tected from dust. When the purifier is used again, check
the condition of the filters and power supply cable. If in
doubt regarding its state, contact the technical support
centre. In any case, have the technical support centre
check that the purifier is working properly at least once a
year and/or as required.

8. TROUBLESHOOTING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
7. MAINTENANCE
Before performing any maintenance or repair, disconnect
the power cable from the mains. An accumulation of dust
and dirt inside the purifier's grilles can cause a decrease
in performance. It is important to always keep the appli-
ance in excellent condition to ensure safe and proper op-
eration. Cleaning the purifier's filters, grilles and external
structure are the only permitted maintenance activities.
Only use low pressure air and a soft cloth to clean. The
fan must never be cleaned using water or solvents of any
kind.
USERS CAN REPLACE THE FILTERS ON THEIR OWN.
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO REPLACE THE FILTERS
WHEN THE LED ON THE CONTROL PANEL LIGHTS
UP. To replace the filters, release the side locks and ac-
cess the inside of the purifier:
-Remove the screws and replace filter G4.
-Replace filter H13.
EXTENSIVE MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR OF THE PU-
RIFIER MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY THE TECHNICAL
SUPPORT CENTRE.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
1. Turn the "ON/OFF" switch to "ON" (|)
2A. Plug the power cable into the mains socket
2B. Contact a technical support centre
3. Restore the electricity supply
4. Contact a technical support centre
5. Contact a technical support centre
6. Switch off, eliminate the cause that led to the block and
press the reset button. Switch the purifier on again
1. Contact a technical support centre
2A. Remove any obstructions
2B. Replace the filters (only use original spare parts)
2C. Contact a technical support centre
